SummerTime For Kids

Babysitting classes offered through
the SummerTime for Kids Grant

With unrestricted funds from the Foundation, the Foundation offers mini-grants to area nonprofit organizations that are working with the youth of our community. The purpose is to provide resources for fun and exciting activities and programs during the summer months. Grants range from $500 to $1,000. We are excited about the opportunities that this program makes possible and feel that the young people served by this program benefit greatly.

The SummerTime for Kids grants are reviewed and awarded by the Hamilton Community Foundation’s Youth Philanthropy Committee. This group of impressive young people are an arm of the Foundation and serve as the youth voice when making grants that benefit the youth. Grant proposals are accepted in April and awarded in May in anticipation of summer activities.
