Investment Management

Our pooled investment portfolio is managed by experienced professionals from Merrill Lynch’s Investment Advisors:

  • The Evelo, Singer, Sullivan, Bruegge Group
  • JEMM Global Institutional Consulting Group

These advisors are overseen by the Foundation’s Investment Advisory Committee, which includes respected local community members, many with experience in finance. Our investment strategy balances growth with stability, ensuring that donor funds can make a lasting impact in our community.

Funds that are actively invested through our pooled investment portfolio also pay an investment management fee, which averages less than 0.4% annually. This fee covers the cost of professional investment oversight and fund management.

Administrative Fees

1% annual administrative fee is applied to all funds under management. This fee helps sustain our nonprofit operations, allowing us to provide personalized donor services, community leadership, and grantmaking support. Your partnership enables us to fulfill our mission of building a better community through creative philanthropy, vision, and leadership.
