YPC Awards Grants to nonprofits serving youth

July 27, 2020

This spring, the Youth Philanthropy Committee (YPC) of the Hamilton Community Foundation awarded nearly $40,000 in grants to 11 different nonprofit organizations that will have a significant positive impact on our community. YPC is the youth grant making arm of the Hamilton Community Foundation. Twenty high school students from Hamilton, Badin, Ross and New Miami School districts are active with YPC.

Committee members evaluate grant applications based upon nine separate factors, including the program’s goals and objectives, community support, sustainability and the program’s ability to address an important community need for area youth.
