Vice President
With more than 25 years of experience in philanthropy, Katie brings expertise and a deep passion for community giving to her role as Vice President. A longtime Fairfield resident, she loves exploring new places, biking, and unwinding with a good glass of wine. When she’s not working with donors, she’s busy keeping up with her two, now adult, kids.
Jacob Stone-Welch
Director of Donor Services
Jacob joined the Foundation in 2024 after working in public communication for the City of Hamilton. A proud resident of Hamilton’s walkable downtown, he can often be spotted walking to and from meetings, connecting with community members along the way. Jacob is also a technology enthusiast, an avid gamer, and a hobby photographer who enjoys capturing the beauty of our community.

Donor Services Officer
A recent graduate and Badin High School alum, Alex found her passion for philanthropy through her background in hospitality, where she learned the value of building meaningful relationships. She knows no stranger and brings an approachable, service-minded energy to her work with donors.
